A video clip that caught my attention

Hello again everyone!

          I have posted a video called "Are You Sitting Too Much?" by AsapSCIENCE
Here is another video by AsapSCIENCE: (9 tips to Save Your Life)


This video tells you about how much sitting for too long can affect your life/(span)
And how standing up for a minute after an hour's sitting can help lower the risk of heart disease etc.

3 things I've learnt from this video:

  • Sitting for prolonged hours working can affect your health
  • Our body is not made for sitting for long hours so we must get up from time to time
  • Exercise outside more if we are bored (sitting) at home

  4. Solving Mathematics questions 
  5. Reading English Literature/Fiction storybooks 
My Personality: 

  1. I'm an optimistic person who always(i'm not sure if it was 'always' or 'sometimes') sees the good side of others
  2. I like to make friends with others and socialise with others as much as possible
  3. I am very good at Mathematics and Science 
  4. I don't like to brag about myself or have any arrogance or pride
